APCS offers on-site service contracts in blocks of time.
The block time service plan is the most cost-effective
plan to support your IT infrastructure. This plan provides the ability
to obtain our services at reduced rates and eliminates the need to
generate a purchase order every time service is requested.
The block time plan is very simple. You order the number of hours that
you feel will be needed for a period of time (the more hours you order
the more you save). Whenever service is needed you will call our office
and the appropriate service technician will be sent to your site. Once
the job is completed, the technician will record the time spent at your
site and will update the hours remaining on your block time plan. Each
time service is performed you will receive a report listing the activity
at your site and the amount of hours available. Once your account
reaches 80% of your investment, we will notify you so another block of
time can be ordered.
Block time can be used for a number of on-site services, which can include the
